Write on your mirror a positive message that reminds you to be kind to yourself.
How many times a day do we all look in the mirror?
How many times a day are our thoughts about our selves not very kind when we do?
Sometimes we unfairly compare who we are with a younger version of ourselves ('I look so old', 'I have so many wrinkles') ,
or we think horrible things that we would never say to another person, but we think is ok to say to ourselves ('I am so fat', 'I look ugly today'),
or, we focus on the slightest inperfection or pimple that no one else would even notice.
Writing a positive message to yourself reminds you to have positive thoughts when you look in the mirror. It is a symbolic act against self emotional abuse.
Note: these pens can be use on the mirror, glasses and pretty much anywhere you can use liquid chalk - for the purpose of it being used as therapeutic product, we suggested a mirror.
On a small piece of paper or tissue, press the tip of the pen down and pump it continuously so the nib goes in and out, until the black liquid chalk starts to fill the nib.
Once the nib is black then it is ready to use.
Write a lovely message that will lift your spirits every time you look into the mirror.
To remove - simply wipe it off (it doesn’t even need any cleaning products, but they do make it quicker and easier to remove… and you are left with a streak free mirror).
