reminder ring

We have a theory that many people (especially women) feel ‘not good enough’ at times, until we unlearn that horrible untruth.  This is more important now than ever with social media and advertising constantly sending us similar messages. 

Some of us (perhaps from childhood) perceived/received the message that we weren’t enough - we need to reparent ourselves until we learn and KNOW we are enough.  AS IS. 

We are 'good enough' because we exist.  Just because we have the feeling of not being good enough, doesn't mean we have to believe it. 

We can all achieve self acceptance, self love, self kindness, self compassion by practising it EVERYDAY.  It changes how we treat ourselves, how we treat others, and ultimately how we show up in the world.   We can change 'feeling not good enough' - it starts with telling ourselves EVERYDAY and in every way that YOU ARE ENOUGH.

Please note: If you wear the ring all the time, and get it wet (like we do) then please be aware that the black will come off - leaving the raw engraving of words (which we actually prefer).
